ORDER & PAYMENT METHODS

Maison Argaud HK uses a third party provider, PayPal, to provide secure online payment services. Use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy. There are links to these from the PayPal payment pages. You can find out more about PayPal at their website http://www.paypal.com/hk
If you do not wish to pay online using PayPal, you can choose the Cash On Delivery payment option. The Cash On Delivery service is operated by Yamato Transport (HK) Ltd and is subject to extra service charge.
Order enquiries can also be directed to us by phone on +852 3971 0140 or at contact@maisonargaud.hk. Please do NOT send credit card or payment details by email.

Orders through Internet or phone will only be validated once a confirmation email has been sent out by Maison Argaud HK. Orders cannot be cancelled and payment will not be refunded once the order has been validated.

DELIVERY

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the timeframe we specify, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeframe, as we rely on third parties to facilitate our customer deliveries for us. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

For orders delivered during the 2-6 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. time zones

Delivery is operated by Yamato Transport (HK) Ltd, a transport company specialized in door to door delivery of small parcels.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order cannot be left at reception nor at the recipient’s door. The recipient must contact Yamato Transport's sales driver directly with the mobile number stated on the "Attempted Delivery Notice". To avoid such inconvenience, customers are advised to make sure that the recipient will be able to pick up the parcel at the delivery address during the time zone initially chosen, and that they can be reached on the phone. Maison Argaud HK and Yamato Transport (HK) Ltd will not be held responsible if the address mentioned on the order form is wrong, or if the recipient is not available at the date/time of delivery.

When typhoon signal No.8 or above / black rain signal is hoisted, deliveries can be postponed until the signal is suspended or postponed to the next working day.

The exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
